Sign in with a password

  1. Enter the email address associated with your Novaplan AI workspace account.
  2. Enter your password.
  3. Novaplan AI checks the credentials and signs you in if they are valid.
Follow your workspace invitation for your first sign-in. If your organization uses SSO or another method, follow the instructions from your workspace administrator. Five incorrect password or one-time-code attempts can lock an account for 24 hours in the current implementation. The owner receives an email when the lock is applied, and the account unlocks after the period ends. If a correct password is not accepted, check for that notice and ask your workspace administrator or Novaplan Support for help. For administrators

The source setup reference lists password sign-in as enabled by default. An authorized administrator can check whether Password is enabled under Workspace Settings → Authentication. Novaplan manages most workspace setup; coordinate any sign-in method change with Novaplan and confirm an administrator recovery path before disabling the current method.

Change your password

If you know your current password, open your profile and select the option to change it. Change password from the user profile Enter your current and new passwords, then select Update Password.

Forgot your password?

Password reset by email requires mail delivery to be configured for your workspace.
  1. Select Forgot Password on the sign-in page.
  2. Open the reset email sent to your account address through the configured SMTP service.
  3. Follow its link and enter your new password twice.
  4. Sign in using the new password.
The SMTP guide describes mail configuration for administrators. If the email does not arrive or you cannot access that address, contact your workspace administrator or Novaplan Support.
